To begin this journey you arrive and land on the nature island of the Eastern Caribbean, Dominica!
You are invited by a blessing by the Kalinago Chief (Dominican indigenous tribe) to welcome you onto this sacred land.
Imagine an untouched mesmerizing forest that you wake up at sunrise to begin the day with Agni Hotra – fire ceremony. Followed by a day of training in Kalaripayattu (Ancient Indian Martial Art) surrounded by nature and finding more strength, mobility, focus and determination with this practice. You will have down time to relax in nature, indulge in a massage (Kalari massage or Thai bodywork), bask in the river, allow your mind to still and eat healthy delicious meals prepared for you. There will be music, dancing, and songs through our time together. .
