Experience, Skills & Teachings Accreditations



 Charity actually prefers to call it “The Joy of Movement and Being “ - The art of being totally present with your body and movement to bring more joy to you and your being. 

Being a 200 hour Yoga Alliance Certified,  in Vinyasa Flow (with over 900 hours of time put into the program) Charity has studied with master teachers from all over the world, to name a few, Seane Corn, Shiva Rea, Aadil Palkhivala, Nicki Doane, Jason Nemer, Danny Paradise and many more.  She has integrated her studies along with her own personality to develop a mindful movement practice that will allow an individual to have a deeper understanding of their body and soul.   Some additional trainings in the past few years:

Charity has travelled to Thailand where she was introduced to Acro-Yoga a practice, which infuses acrobatics, yoga, and Thai massage.

She has facilitated workshops on partner yoga in Barbados.  In the workshops people would be taught how to work in groups of two or more supporting each other through yoga, and acrobatic movements.  As well as learning a few basic techniques of the Thai Yoga massage.



Incorporating specific gyms fitness and skill Training, Eishens/Resistance Yoga and Plant Based Nutrition she trained as a Natural Fitness Instructor in Chicago IL at The Monkey Bar Gym.

Charity has developed a way of listening to her body to know what it needs as far as food, exercise and consciousness.


Thai Massage

One of many arts that Charity practices, which brings her great joy, Thai Yoga Massage. The practice of Thai Yoga Massage was studied by Charity in Chiang-Mai , Thailand in 2008 and then again at the Wat-Po Thai Traditional Massage School  in Bangkok, Thailand in 2013.  She has also done extra trainings in the practice throughout the states.

Although the main emphasis in the practice of Thai Yoga Massage is usually on health prevention (as all disease manifests first on the energy level and can be treated there before it becomes physical), it can also be of great therapeutic benefit for a range of specific problems and conditions, such as headaches, back pain, digestive disorders, shoulder and neck tension, joint pain, menstruation problems, insomnia and other stress related conditions.

Did you know there are 32 points on your head which, when gently touched, effortlessly and easily release anything that doesn't allow you to receive?  These points contain all the thoughts, ideas, beliefs, emotions, and considerations you have stored in any lifetime. This is an opportunity for you to let go of everything!   Receiving or learning The Bars will allow this and so much more to show up for you!  The Bars has assisted thousands of people change many aspects of their body and their life including sleep, health and weight, money, sex and relationships, anxiety, stress and so much more!  If you could change anything in your life, What would it be?  Would you be willing to choose something different and have the life you love and desire?  These are just a few of the many, many questions and tools that Charity works with to facilitate you into a greater you.  Imagine all those years you may have tried to mediate to still the mind, well now you can pretty much have someone do that for you through this energy process. 



Charity was first introduced to Reiki by her mother, who is her master teacher.  She was attuned to Reiki I and continued to do self Reiki for years, she continued on with Reiki II and immediately set out to work on clients who required the energy work.  After year of working on clients, she delved into the practice deeper, attaining her Master/teaching level certification.  She infuses these energies with other work as well. 


Dance Fitness & Movement

In 2014 Charity took up Soca Motion which is “move your Mas”, carnival/ soca dance/ fitness class.  She did the training with the founder and loves to infuse this style into her movement/dance classes.  She also did a training in Azonto Dance Fitness, which originates from Ghana.  It is an urban African dance form performed to Azonto dance music.  Incorporating African, dancehall and hip hop moves this class gets you moving, laughing and have a good time all the while getting you more fit.
