Join Charity Joy Robinson for a guided workshop on how to perform basic Thai Yoga Massage and partner stretching. Facilitated with hands, feet and by positioning the receiver into various different stretches, twists and poses.
Working both energetic and physical bodies.
We will start the practice with a gentle yoga partner and group flow to warm up the bodies.
No experience necessary, come with a partner or we will match you.
