Yin meets restorative in this slow your body and mind yoga class. We will combine long held passive poses and super delicious restorative moments to invite you to go deeper into the connective tissues holding the issues that need unwinding.  Charity Joy will assist with hands on assists throughout the practice and close with guided yoga nidra (yogic sleep).  How much more nurturing does it get?
