For women age teen+ who want to discover themselves through movement and body communication.
In this workshop series we will be combining aspects of yoga, dance, and fitness with discussion on finding out what movement your body enjoys and how to communicate with your body.
The movement will be accompanied by different world music (African, Caribbean, Indian and so much more).
