Join Charity Joy for this online experience. Is it time to listen to your body and I mean really listen? These yoga classes are designed to challenge you in a way you have not before. This is a reminder for you to choose what works for your body. Letting go of the ego and really listening to what are body is asking for.

  • Meditation to begin to arrive in the space and set the theme of our practice

  • Chanting to unite our voices with an instrument of Charity’s choice

  • Specifically designed yoga sequences with Indian martial art (Kalari) woven in to assist you and your body to have greater awareness of what is required

  • Curated music playlist to guide you through your yoga practice

  • Moments of silliness and fun to remember that life is beautiful in this body

Every body moves and learns differently, that is why when I teach these yoga classes everyone has a choice to do what works for them. This is a time where you can go as deep as you want, whether that means spiritually, physically and energetically. Be prepared to have fun and get strong at the same time. I guarantee there will be a smile or two during our time together. As well as some strength found.
